Delighted to learn “Effervescence” has been selec Delighted to learn “Effervescence” has been selected for The Pastel Society of America’s 53 Annual Exhibition “Enduring Brilliance”! I am so grateful that this piece caught the eye of the jurors, Loriann Signori PSA, Richard G. McKinley PSA-MP HFH and Stephanie Mouw PSA-MP HFH.
